He launched this website in 2001 to give information about his practice to VSP patients and others. There is also free parking offered by Dr. Elman to his patients in a single parking space in the small lot behind the building (access through alley from either Boadway or Santa Monica Blvd; park in front of sign on the 1431 building designated "Dr Elman patients only"; use lot call box intercom to dial suite 101 to enter building). If these spaces are taken public parking is available for 50 cent per 1/2 hour in the Santa Monica Public Library building on the northwest corner of Santa Monica Blvd and 7th St, with entrance on west side of 7th St., 1/2 block north of Dr. Elman's office.
